About Hassan El-Mawardy

Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Hassan brings Egyptian charm to the rainy city.  At an early age, Hassan came to appreciate fine design and architecture. With dreams of working and building a new life abroad, at age 18, Hassan left his home country and booked a one-way ticket to Vancouver, Canada. 

From a young age, architecture and design became an inspiration and driving force that was instilled by his grandfather who was an architect himself. Hassan would spend hours with his grandfather looking at blueprints of the work his grandfather had done in the Gulf region as well as in other parts of the Arab world. Outside of real estate, Hassan is passionate about motorsport racing,  exotic super and hypercars, exercising, astrology, and music among other things.
