Great work Fraser Valley Realtors! We gathered and sorted a TON of gently used blankets, coats and warm clothes for our community in our Annual Realtors Care Blanket Drive!
Special thanks to Our Realtor Karen Weber who always organizes our office as a drop off location and coordinates with the local charities, all of the other offices who participated, our team of agents and our drop off team too!
Annual Realtors Care Blanket Drive
In 1995, kind hearted Vancouver Realtors® realized the homeless situation in the city’s east side ans decided to do something about it. They put out a call to all their colleagues for coats and blankets. Their efforts managed to collect enough donations to help 3,000 of Vancouver’s homeless in the downtown core.
Since that amazing act of kindness, the Realtors® Care Blanket Drive has grown into one the largest annual collections of blankets and warm clothing in the Lower Mainland, helping 300,000 + people in need in every community.
This great success is thanks to all the volunteers and your donations!
