Neelesh is a Civil Engineer and MBA, with over 18 years experience in Construction and Real Estate across two Countries.

In his past corporate roles, Neelesh has worked with a multi-national company as a Digital Construction Consultant responsible for British Columbia, and also won the Best Performer Award for Canada.

In his previous Real Estate role he successfully managed the entire life cycle of a major 3.5 million square feet development right from pre-construction phase to leasing out the retail and office space.
