About Albert Selina

I am a Real Estate Professional with over 25+ years of experience (Licenced since 1993) focusing on residential real estate within the Fraser Valley including: Delta, Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, Mission, Abbotsford and Chilliwack. Prior to obtaining my Real Estate licence, I was in Retail Store Management for 13 years focusing on customer service and sales. With the many years of business experience,  buying and selling, my goal as a Realtor, is to offer exceptional service, being dedicated, always available from start to finish, and follow up long after you have sold or purchased your home with continued service. I am known for going the extra mile as my motto says, “When Service Matters”.  

 I work extra hard to build my client’s trust and respect with the highest integrity, mutual understanding, flexibility, resiliency and genuine care attitude, to promote the best outcome and results. I have experienced many different markets, and the way they affect buyers and sellers differently. I understand how time consuming and overwhelming buying or selling a home can be. I also believe it’s important to educate my clients, as the real estate process requires top negotiation of complex issues and understanding the current local market that may influence price, such as location, future development and other factors. This needs the highest priority and commitment, so my clients can make informed decisions.

• Ongoing commitment to continued education, completing yearly real estate courses on legislation, policy, ethics, financial and technology changes.
• Providing low pressure sales, excellent customer care, with professional and expert knowledge, being very detail oriented, with top negotiation and listening skills including timely follow up and strong sense of responsibility to maintain my client relationship during the transactions and for the future. 
• Successful client base with many returning clients and many generational clients who refer their adult children and other family and friends to me which is a great compliment and testimony of my reputation to exceed my clients’ expectations with the service they have received.
• I have achieved during my career many awards some are as follows: MLS Medallion, President’s Gold, Master Sales, and Sales Achievement. I have also participated on some of the Fraser Valley Real Estate board committees, such as the Professional Standards committee.
