About Candy Ashdown

I am a REALTOR® specializing in residential sales in both the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. I work with buyers and sellers of all types of homes, however my specialty is small acreages in Langley as well as working with Seniors.

Buying and purchasing a home is a huge milestone in someone’s life and it’s such an honor to be chosen by my clients to work with them. My client’s put their trust and confidence in me to represent them and I carry that responsibility very seriously. Having said that, we have a lot of fun during the process and many of my clients have become friends that I continue to connect with long after their sale or purchase.

It can be a very exciting time when selling or buying a home, but it can also be a very stressful experience. I strive to always make the experience for my clients very positive and stress-free.

A little about me – I’m a long time Langley resident, having grown up in Langley. I married my high school sweetheart over 25 years ago and we now have two grown, amazing daughters. Over the years, I’ve been an avid community volunteer, even serving a term on the Langley Board of Education from 2011-2014.

I currently run a growing Facebook page for my beautiful neighborhood of Salmon River Uplands. I am also currently a volunteer on the Government Relations (GR) Committee for the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. This is a non-partisan committee representing Fraser Valley REALTORS® and our clients on important legislative issues emphasizing the importance of home ownership at local, regional, provincial and federal government levels.

My experience includes a Diploma in Computer Graphic Design, and I worked as a Marketing Specialist before become pursuing my dream of becoming a REALTOR®. I bring years of Marketing experience with me to my business. I have also earned my real estate designations MCNE® (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) and SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).

A portion of my commission on every transaction is donated to the Parkinson Society of BC as well as the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. Please don’t hesitate to call, text or e-mail me at any time with questions you may have.
