About Kathy Porter

Kathy was born and raised in the lower mainland and knows its communities well! With over 25 years of diverse experiences as a buyer, seller, investor, builder/renovator, educator and licensed Realtor®, Kathy has walked the walk. 

She was first licensed in 1991 and in her first full year joined the ranks of the top 10% of Realtors® on the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. She believes success came quickly because she was able to deliver a high level of customer service built on trust, experience, and commitment to putting her client’s needs first.

Outside of real estate, Kathy is passionate about family and supporting children. She has been married to her husband Bob for over 30 years, has raised three active sons, been blessed with two beautiful daughters-in-law and four amazing granddaughters, and she is proud to support children with special needs in local schools.
