About Mike Passingham

My passion for Real Estate began while I was working for a high-end furniture manufacturer in Sales & Marketing in downtown Vancouver. I found I was more interested in the locations I was furnishing than the products I was selling. So, I took a chance, followed my gut and entered the world of Commercial Real Estate, where I was able to master the skills required for large-scale transaction negotiations, writing contracts, and sales and property management. After 16 successful years in Commercial Real Estate, it was once again time for a change to move away from the corporate world of suits and ties and layers of bureaucracy to get things done.

I had always been interested in Residential Real Estate and now was my opportunity. Why? #1 I love seeing people happy and #2 I love getting results. My clients can be assured that with my market knowledge, wealth of energy, consistent honest communication and personalized approach they will be able to find the home of their dreams

When I am not working with clients, I can be found in the mountains on my bike in the summer or on skis in the winter. I also enjoy travel, weekend cooking, hiking, and spending time with my two daughters.
