About Roman St. Germain

Roman is responsible for executing our company’s vision and leading our Managing Brokers and team members at Royal LePage Wolstencroft and Royal LePage Wheeler Cheam to deliver the highest level of service to our Agents and, by extension, their respective clients. 

Prior to becoming a Licensed Real Estate Professional, Roman enjoyed a 25 year career in the hotel and hospitality industry. Taking care of guests, employees and other stakeholders in various regions of Canada, including most areas of BC, Roman appreciates that people are at the heart of all we do and values honesty, integrity and achieving results.

Roman is an amateur drummer, avid Dungeons & Dragons player and when not working can be found, alongside Shante, enjoying time with their four children.
