The Devlin Group

Tom is a Fraser Valley Realtor® specializing in properties in Surrey, Langley, Delta and White Rock.

In 2014 Tom was invited to join Royal LePage and teamed with another Licensed Realtor® and an Office Administrator to form the Devlin Group. In our first year the Devlin Group received the diamond award from Royal LePage as being in the top 3% for sales volume out of over 14,500 Royal LePage Realtors Canada Wide.

In 1975 Tom arrived in the Lower Mainland with his family from Scotland. In 2001 Tom, with his own young family (Brenda and two young daughters), settled in Cloverdale. Over time he has developed strong, deep roots in the area. Tom has extensive knowledge and appreciation of local amenities…schools, social and religious resources, transportation, shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, public parks … whatever may mean ‘home’ to you.

Tom is a proud, committed and active member of his local community. In his spare time, Tom enjoys cooking, golf, soccer, cycling and actively participates in the annual Ride to Conquer Cancer. He enjoys travelling with his family, having visited Scotland and the UK, Spain, Jamaica, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. This international experience helps him relate to clients who have come from another part of the world. Tom values teamwork and actively facilitates the formation of strong bonds among members of the Devlin Group, which then extend into business and ‘neighbourhood’ communities. He places a high value on relationships, treating connections with dignity, care and respect. It’s about the people. It’s about caring.
