Royal LePage Wolstencroft Branding Tips
To achieve maximum impact, the Royal LePage Wolstencroft logo should appear in the correct primary palette colours wherever possible. The primary palette colours are black, red, and white. The solid bars above and below the word “Royal” are red, and the other components of the logo are black. There is also a white background that must appear at all times.
The logo is not to be altered in any way, and none of its individual elements should be altered or omitted for any reason.
Please contact James Munroe @ Serp Media for any custom graphics questions 🙂

Agent Listing On RoyalLePageLangley.com
All agents are featured in OUR TEAM Page. We want to represent you and your brand in the best way possible. For this to happen, we ask that you supply our team with the most updated and high-quality media and information possible.
This should include: A professional headshot, a detailed bio, website link, social media links, and preferred contact information (Phone & Email)
Your profile photo should look like you on your best day, or look like you, full stop. A photo that doesn’t resemble you could confuse people, or even put them off.
For our industry, that message should be that you are trustworthy, competent, and confident enough to help people through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
If you’re not sure which photo will work to your advantage, try getting an opinion from a few of our Wolstencroft Team members, we are always here to help. We can also guide you with choosing a photographer to assist you.
A great headshot should be the keystone of your personal branding efforts. Taking the time and effort to hire a professional photographer, working on your confidence, smile, wardrobe and pose, can offer a great ROI, and put you one step further down a path to achieving your goals.
Your real estate agent bio does a lot more than introduce you to potential clients. It also helps buyers and sellers determine if they’ll use your services for their real estate needs.
Whether you’re a seasoned agent or a beginner, how can you accomplish all this in your real estate agent bio?
Ask yourself these questions
- How and when did you get started in Real Estate?
- What do you enjoy most about Real Estate or your career?
- What and where do you specialize or focus (luxury homes, waterfront, a specific neighborhood/community, 55+, etc.)? The more specific you can be the better.
- Why should a client work with you?
- Do you have any degrees, awards, designations/certifications, or notable accomplishments?
- What kind of hobbies, interests, or loves do you have (outside of Real Estate!)?

Lastly, send your first or second draft to someone you trust for constructive criticism. Step back and try to read your bio as a possible client, put yourself in their shoes. Would you hire “you” based on your bio?
Once again, the Wolstencroft Team is always here to help you every step of the way.
