My husband and I recently purchased a home in Langley, BC that was represented through Darren Leffers of Royal Lepage. Throughout the sales process our agent experienced challenges on multiple occasions trying to get a hold of Darren. Sometimes we never even received a response. Darren did not meet the terms outlined in the sales contract, including having the home professionally cleaned and making some repairs as promised. Upon possession, the home was dirty – full of cobwebs, had a pile of dead worms and bugs in the closet, the washing machine was molded, the shower and bath fixtures were covered in soap scum, and the home was covered in dust. We’re disappointed that Royal Lepage does not hold their agents to a higher standard of service and professionalism. Darren was happy to wash his hands with the sale of this home. With over 25,000 licensed real estate professionals available in BC, I wouldn’t recommend Darren to represent anyone as their agent and appalled with the quality of work this brokerage holds their name to.
I met Connie Elliott early this year (2018). She is professional, personable and listened to my needs in finding a new home. I appreciate and value the personal touch Connie offers. As a woman in business, I tend to seek out other women to do business with and I was not disappointed with Connie. She exceeded my expectations.
